At the same event where the first trailer for She-Hulk was released, Marvel decided to announce that filming for Echo has just started in Atlanta, Georgia, with a view to the series being released in 2023. It has accompanied the announcement with a first official image in which we meet Maya again, and has also confirmed that Cox will be joined in the cast by Chaske Spencer, Tantoo Cardinal (soon in Scorsese's Killers of the Flower Moon) or Devery Jacobs (Reservation Dogs).
